Tawnya Lon joined The Eric Ryan Corporation in January of 2004. Ms. Lon currently holds the position of Vice President of the Utility Services Division. Ms. Lon's primary responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the utility division primarily focusing on new client procedures and management of existing clients. The responsibilities also include bill review, auditing approval, bill payment services, and overseeing energy procurement for Eric Ryan Corporation clients. Ms. Lon's utility division has identified over $250 million dollars in savings opportunities.

Prior to joining The Eric Ryan Corporation, Ms. Lon was employed by the two large, local banks in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania holding positions in customer service.

Ms. Lon is a graduate of Shenango High School, located in New Castle, Pennsylvania. Ms. Lon will have an Associate Degree in Foundations of Business in May 2010 and continue education for a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Ms. Lon is a student of The University of Phoenix.
